Role summary

Experienced A/C technician to perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs for a manufacturing facility. The role requires independent troubleshooting, safe working practices, and coordination with site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install split, cassette, ducted, and packaged A/C units according to specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of HVAC systems.

• Diagnose faults, replace components, and carry out repairs on compressors, motors, controls, and piping.

• Read basic mechanical drawings and follow installation checklists.

• Coordinate with production teams to schedule work with minimal disruption.

• Maintain service logs, report spare parts needs, and follow HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in A/C installation and maintenance; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

• Valid transferable Article 18 visa in Kuwait.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with refrigeration circuits, brazing, leak testing, and electrical connections.

• Good communication skills and punctuality.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
