AC Duct Cleaning / Maintenance Foreman Job in Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced AC Duct Cleaning / Maintenance Foreman to lead our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in duct cleaning systems, AC maintenance, and crew supervision, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC duct cleaning and AC maintenance

• Skilled in rotary brush systems, vacuum machines, and air whips

• Familiar with GI ductwork, AHU, and FCU cleaning/maintenance

• Ability to lead and supervise a small crew

• Basic HSE knowledge

• Minor civil works experience (drywall cutting & resealing)

• Ability to read duct layout drawings

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Transferable, valid visa (Article 18)

• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred

• Supervise and guide team members during duct cleaning and AC maintenance

• Operate duct cleaning equipment and ensure proper servicing

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Perform minor civil works related to duct maintenance

• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely project completion

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
