Role Overview:The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while supporting company objectives.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as an Account Manager
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Address client concerns and provide effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports and insights
- Achieve targets related to revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction
