We are Hiring Accounts Manager | Kuwait

Jaed Al Harbi is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead its accounting and finance operations in Al Jahra, Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with extensive experience in retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, FMCG, or high-volume trading environments who can manage financial operations, inventory controls, and accounting teams effectively.

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial activities.
• Oversee month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Reconcile POS sales, cashier collections, card transactions, and bank deposits.
• Manage supplier accounts, payments, reconciliations, and vendor settlements.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock costing, and inventory discrepancies.
• Control operating expenses and monitor profitability.
• Maintain strong cash controls and financial governance procedures.
• Ensure ERP records are accurate and up to date.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team.
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.

• Proven accounting experience within:

  • Supermarkets
  • Hypermarkets
  • Retail Businesses
  • FMCG Companies

• Previous experience managing an accounts team.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
