Hiring Aluminum Fabrication Technicians & Laborers in Kuwait

A leading architectural metalwork and glazing fabrication workshop in Sharq, Kuwait, is urgently recruiting 6 experienced Aluminum Technicians and 2 Workshop Laborers for immediate deployment.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, assemble, and glaze aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and structural sections.
• Operate aluminum cutting saws, milling machines, corner crimpers, and drill presses with precision.
• Read architectural drawings and cutting lists to ensure accurate profile assembly and rubber gasket fitting.
• Assist in material movement, profile stacking, and on-site structural installations across commercial projects.
• Adhere strictly to workshop safety guidelines and maintain machinery in clean operating condition.

Requirements

• Proven technical experience in aluminum fabrication, joinery, and architectural installation in Kuwait or GCC.
• Strong understanding of profiles, accessories, locking mechanisms, and structural glass glazing.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18); open to any nationality.
• Immediate availability for workshop trade assessment and joining.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 220 - 260 KD for Technicians (140 KD for Laborers)
