Hiring Electrician cum Plumber in Kuwait

A reputable commercial property management and MEP maintenance firm in Sharq, Kuwait is hiring a skilled and dual-certified Building Maintenance Electrician & Plumber.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, test, and repair electrical conduit wiring, distribution panel boards, lighting fixtures, and fire alarm circuits.
• Assemble and maintain water supply piping, sanitary drainage pipes, booster pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform leak testing, pressure checks, and drain block clearing across commercial building facilities.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine preventative maintenance on standby diesel/petrol generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
• Respond promptly to facility emergency repair work orders and conduct routine electrical load balancing inspections.
• Adhere strictly to occupational safety standards and local Kuwait electrical codes.

Requirements

• Vocational Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services.
• Hands-on expertise in electrical distribution boards and sanitary plumbing networks.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of standby generator sets and control panels.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
