Hiring Building Maintenance Handyman Technician in Kuwait

A prominent residential and commercial real estate property management company in Abbasiya, Kuwait, is seeking a versatile Building Maintenance Handyman to perform multi-trade repairs across their property portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general building civil maintenance including ceramic tile repairs, plaster patch-ups, and interior wall painting.
• Handle minor plumbing fixes such as faucet replacements, drain unblocking, and sanitary hardware adjustments.
• Conduct routine property inspections, log facility defects, and report structural maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with basic carpentry repairs, door lock adjustments, hinge replacements, and window silicon sealing.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests with professional courtesy and workmanship.

Requirements

• Demonstrated multi-skilled handyman experience in building maintenance, masonry, painting, or tiling.
• Resourceful problem-solving ability and competence with common trade power tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to execute work orders independently.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18); ready for immediate start.
