A dynamic central air conditioning maintenance company in Fahaheel, Kuwait, specializing in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), is seeking an accomplished HVAC Operations Manager to direct technical and field operations.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee operational workflows for HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) across Kuwait.
• Calculate competitive project costings, prepare maintenance quotations, and ensure healthy profit margins.
• Lead, schedule, and evaluate technical teams of HVAC technicians, duct fitters, and electricians.
• Manage spare parts procurement, negotiate wholesale rates with local suppliers, and monitor inventory.
• Drive client acquisition, oversee emergency breakdown calls, and uphold service satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional HVAC operational experience within the Kuwait market.
• Fluent in English and spoken Arabic.
• Demonstrated expertise in AMC contract pricing, technical team leadership, and budget control.
• Extensive network with local HVAC equipment and component suppliers in Kuwait.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable residency.
