Hiring Food Production & Bakery Worker in Kuwait

A large-scale commercial central kitchen and industrial bakery manufacturing plant in Kuwait is urgently seeking energetic, disciplined, and competent Food Production & Bakery Workers to join its production lines in Ardiya Industrial Area, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate automated dough mixers, dividers, proofing chambers, and tunnel ovens for commercial bread production.
• Prepare artisanal French baguettes, sandwich loaves, laminated croissant doughs, and baked goods following recipe specs.
• Monitor dough fermentation times, oven baking temperatures, and crust color consistency.
• Package freshly baked breads and patisserie items, sealing containers and affixing barcode nutritional labels.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across food manufacturing lines.
• Clean and sanitize stainless steel conveyors, baking trays, mixing bowls, and prep stations continuously.
• Comply with Kuwait municipality health directives and commercial food manufacturing protocols.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of verified experience working in industrial bakeries, central kitchens, or commercial food factories.
• Hands-on expertise in bread baking, dough laminating, croissant rolling, or pastry production.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is strictly mandatory.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Strong physical stamina, speed, and capability to work in scheduled day or night shifts.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.
