Hiring Diagnostic X-Ray Technician in Kuwait

A licensed private healthcare polyclinic and diagnostic medical center in Kuwait City, Kuwait is urgently hiring a qualified female Medical Diagnostic X-Ray Technician.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) imaging equipment according to physician orders.
• Position patients accurately, explain imaging procedures, and apply radiation protection shielding protocols.
• Evaluate captured radiographic images for technical clarity, diagnostic contrast, and proper anatomical exposure.
• Archive imaging scans into Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and radiology information systems (RIS).
• Maintain X-ray machine quality assurance logs, calibrating equipment per Ministry of Health regulations.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic patient care while maintaining patient clinical record confidentiality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology.
• Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) Radiology License and valid NOC.
• Female candidates required; available for local hiring inside Kuwait.
• Duty schedule: 8 hours split shift (4 hours morning + 4 hours evening).
• Transferable residency visa.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 400 KWD monthly basic salary + 50 KWD accommodation allowance (Total 450 KD), 8 hours split duty, and medical benefits.
