Hiring Civil Construction Site Supervisor in Kuwait

MRG Contracting Co., an established civil building and infrastructure firm in Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor to direct daily on-site building construction works.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site civil works including shuttering, reinforcement steel fixing, concrete casting, and masonry.
• Direct site foremen, skilled tradesmen, and general laborers ensuring adherence to civil structural drawings.
• Verify the quality of incoming materials (cement, rebar, aggregates) and track concrete slump tests.
• Report daily site progress, material consumption, and workforce attendance to the project manager.
• Enforce strict OSHA site safety regulations, hard hat enforcement, and safe scaffolding procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or extensive site supervisory experience in building construction.
• Minimum 2 years of proven site supervision experience in Kuwait civil contracting.
• Ability to read structural blueprints and resolve field construction challenges.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate site deployment.
