Hiring CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator in Kuwait

An established precision sheet metal and industrial fabrication facility in Shuwaikh, Kuwait, is hiring a skilled CNC Fiber Laser Operator proficient in AutoCAD drawing creation and sheet metal cutting.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate industrial CNC fiber laser cutting machinery to cut precision sheet metal profiles in steel, brass, and aluminum.
• Import and optimize 2D cutting vectors and nesting layouts using AutoCAD and machine CAM software.
• Calibrate laser focal height, cutting gas pressures (Oxygen / Nitrogen), nozzle condition, and cutting speed.
• Inspect cut parts with precision calipers and micrometers to ensure tight dimensional tolerances.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance including optical lens cleaning, chiller checks, and dust extraction clearing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years proven experience operating industrial CNC fiber laser sheet metal cutters.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting, nesting optimization, and sheet metal fabrication workflows.
• Solid understanding of metal properties and appropriate laser cutting parameters for diverse alloys.
• Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18).
