Hiring Facility Security Guard in Kuwait

A licensed corporate security services provider in Kuwait City, Kuwait is recruiting alert and reliable Facility Security Guards for prestigious commercial facilities.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain access control at main entrance gates, lobby turnstiles, and staff vehicle entry checkpoints.
• Examine visitor credentials, issue authorized security badges, and log vehicle license plate registrations.
• Carry out continuous foot patrols across building premises, parking garages, and perimeter perimeters.
• Monitor central security control room CCTV camera feeds, fire detection panels, and intrusion alarms.
• Respond calmly to facility alarms, crowd incidents, or safety hazards, documenting details in daily occurrence logs.
• Ensure overall physical security and asset protection across the assigned commercial complex.

Requirements

• Nepalese or other expatriate security personnel with prior security or military/police discipline.
• Physically fit, vigilant, and possessing strong communication skills.
• 12-hour daily duty shift schedule with company-provided accommodation.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency visa (Article 18 Ahli).
