Hiring Commercial Inventory Accountant in Kuwait

A market-leading commercial corporation specializing in electrical supplies, architectural lighting, and home furnishings in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait is recruiting an experienced Accountant.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts, verify journal entries, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Manage periodic physical inventory counts, reconcile warehouse stock with ERP balances, and resolve variances.
• Process supplier invoices, cross-check purchase orders with receiving reports, and prepare payment schedules.
• Reconcile daily showroom sales collections, K-Net settlements, and bank account balances.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and inventory valuation reports.
• Ensure full statutory compliance with Kuwait corporate financial guidelines and internal audit procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional accounting and inventory auditing experience inside Kuwait.
• High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and enterprise ERP accounting software.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
• Working schedule: 8 hours daily single shift; immediate joining capability.
