A cleaning company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is urgently looking for candidates for Driver and Cleaning Supervisor positions.

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials as required.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure timely transportation of employees and equipment between locations.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and safe condition.
• Follow Kuwait traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Report vehicle maintenance or operational issues to management.
• Support the cleaning team with transportation-related requirements.

• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
• Previous driving experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and areas.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Safe and professional driving attitude.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions.

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and cleaning staff.
• Assign duties and monitor employees' daily work.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Inspect work areas and maintain required cleanliness levels.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily assignments.
• Monitor attendance and work performance.
• Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Report operational issues to management.
• Train and guide cleaning workers when required.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper cleaning procedures are followed.
• Handle customer or site-related concerns professionally.

• Previous cleaning supervision or facility management experience is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cleaning staff.
• Responsible and organized approach to work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Kuwait experience is an advantage.

• Salary: KWD 176 per month
• Full-time employment.
