Hiring Telemarketing & Admissions Executive in Kuwait

Infinity Training International, an established professional education and career institute in Farwaniya, Kuwait, is seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive female Telemarketing Executive to connect with prospective students and drive course enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and corporate professionals via telephone and WhatsApp to introduce training courses.
• Provide counseling regarding certification curriculums, course schedules, career outcomes, and tuition fees.
• Follow up diligently on educational leads, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Maintain accurate student records and interaction notes in the institute CRM database.
• Achieve weekly and monthly student enrolment targets while representing the academy with high professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven background in telemarketing, inside sales, call center operations, or education counseling.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Goal-driven mindset, positive attitude, and customer-oriented personality.
• Transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate full-time employment.
