Hiring Civil Maintenance Engineer in Kuwait

Ecovert FM Kuwait is recruiting an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise facility maintenance, infrastructure repairs, and building management operations.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee civil maintenance contracts, building structural assessments, and facility preventative maintenance schedules.
• Supervise site masonry, plastering, waterproofing, painting, and architectural joinery repair works.
• Prepare technical scopes of work, material requisitions, and daily site inspection reports.
• Ensure full compliance with municipality safety regulations, FM standards, and client service level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance and facility management (FM).
• Strong on-site supervision, communication, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be locally available in Kuwait with transferable residency.
