We Are Hiring – F&B Field Salesman
We are looking for an experienced and energetic F&B Field Salesman to join our team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and experience dealing with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, foodservice businesses, or kitchen equipment customers.
Job Responsibilities- Promote and sell F&B, foodservice, or kitchen equipment products.
- Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, and other potential customers.
- Develop new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients when required.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Previous experience in F&B, Foodservice, or Kitchen Equipment Sales is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or business development.
- Transferable Kuwait residency required.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait market.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
