Hiring F&B Restaurant Storekeeper in Kuwait

A prominent restaurant and hospitality group in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent F&B Restaurant Storekeeper to join its team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming food, beverage, and dry pantry shipments against purchase orders.
• Ensure all delivered perishable ingredients comply strictly with freshness standards and temperature requirements.
• Organize warehouse and restaurant storage facilities according to FIFO principles and safety codes.
• Issue daily raw material requisitions to kitchen preparation departments accurately.
• Conduct routine physical stock inventory counts and report stock variances or damaged items promptly.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory records and invoice receiving logs in the management system.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality food safety directives and corporate warehouse guidelines.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years of practical storekeeping experience in restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage warehouses.
• Knowledge of inventory receiving, temperature monitoring, and FIFO storage management.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 - No small project visa).
• Good numerical accuracy, basic computer literacy, and organizational skills.
• Physical fitness and capability to handle food supply crates safely.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: KWD 200 per month with accommodation provided (9 hours duty, 1 day off).
