Hiring Accounts & Inventory Control Officer in Kuwait

A leading industrial contracting firm in Sulabiya, Kuwait, is hiring a skilled Accounts Officer with expertise in inventory management.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare department financial progress reports, expense ledgers, and budget allocations.
• Track warehouse inventory balances, material stock transfers, and reconciliation reports.
• Liaise with procurement, accounts payable, and site store departments to verify receipts.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions and SAP ERP modules for accurate data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial accounting and inventory tracking experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
