The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat restaurant dining guests warmly, presenting menus and explaining daily culinary specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating any dietary restrictions or preferences to the kitchen.
• Serve gourmet dishes and artisan beverages following upscale hospitality service standards.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to guarantee total guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, escalating complex concerns to restaurant supervisors.
• Process billing checks and digital payments, and assist with table reset and restaurant opening/closing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress in an established restaurant or cafe environment.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented with high positive energy.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handler Health Card.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
• Conversational Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
