Hiring Carpenter Foreman in Kuwait
A prominent architectural interior fit-out and joinery contracting firm based in Fahaheel, Kuwait is seeking a seasoned Carpenter Foreman.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise site carpenter teams executing bespoke interior joinery, wooden doors, wall paneling, and cabinetry.
- Interpret architectural interior drawings, detailed cutting lists, and joinery shop drawings accurately.
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of solid wood, plywood, veneer, and laminate finishes.
- Assign daily workshop tasks to bench carpenters and site installation crews, monitoring productivity.
- Inspect finished carpentry against stringent quality and tolerance specifications before client sign-off.
- Ensure adherence to workshop safety regulations, proper machine guarding, and dust extraction use.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry and joinery, with prior supervisory experience.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, elevation details, and joinery specifications.
- Leadership capabilities to manage multinational teams of carpenters and helpers.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
- Immediate availability to join.
