Hiring Jewellery Sales Associate in Kuwait

A premier retail gold and fine jewelry showroom located in Salmiya Block 10, Kuwait is seeking energetic, presentable, and service-oriented Jewellery Sales Associates.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom clientele courteously, understand their aesthetic preferences, and present gold and diamond collections.
• Explain jewelry craftsmanship, purity karats, certification details, and accurate weight calculations.
• Maintain immaculate glass showcase displays, ensuring all fine jewelry pieces are securely stored.
• Execute sales transactions, prepare detailed invoice receipts, and handle payments securely.
• Assist in daily stock reconciliation, morning showcase setup, and evening vault lockup.
• Build lasting relationships with valued repeat customers through exemplary customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, fashion boutiques, or high-end electronics.
• Smart, presentable appearance with excellent interpersonal and persuasive sales skills.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
• Fluency in spoken English and Hindi; basic Arabic conversational ability is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible retail showroom shifts (split shifts 9am-1pm & evening).
