A well-established industrial logistics and rig moving enterprise in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanical Supervisor to oversee fleet workshop repairs and preventive maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop mechanics and technicians in troubleshooting heavy machinery, cranes, and transport trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel powertrain system malfunctions.
• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance routines to minimize fleet downtime.
• Manage workshop workflow, assign repair tasks, and review technical work orders.
• Enforce strict workplace occupational health and environmental safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years supervisory experience in heavy equipment or fleet maintenance workshops.
• Technical diploma or engineering credentials in mechanical or automotive discipline.
• Strong diagnostic expertise in diesel engines and heavy hydraulics.
• Transferable Kuwait Article 18 work visa.
• Ability to join immediately.
