Job Vacancy: HVAC Duct Fitter, Insulator & Helper

A reputed company in Khaitan, Kuwait is urgently hiring workers for HVAC and ducting-related positions.

The company is looking for Duct Fitters, HVAC Insulators, and Helpers to join its team. Candidates with relevant HVAC, ducting, insulation, or construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble HVAC air ducts according to project requirements.
• Read and follow ducting layouts and installation instructions.
• Fit duct sections, joints, supports, and related components.
• Ensure proper alignment and secure installation of ductwork.
• Assist with duct modification and installation at project sites.
• Follow workplace safety procedures during installation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other HVAC/MEP workers.

Responsibilities:

• Install insulation on HVAC ducts and related systems.
• Measure and cut insulation materials accurately.
• Ensure proper coverage and finishing of insulated ductwork.
• Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of insulation materials.
• Follow safety procedures while working at site.
• Work efficiently with the ducting and HVAC installation team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist duct fitters and insulators with daily work.
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Support duct installation and insulation activities.
• Help prepare materials before installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
• Follow company safety rules and site procedures.

• Relevant experience in HVAC ducting, insulation, or construction is preferred.
• Duct Fitters should have practical experience in HVAC duct installation.

• Helpers should be physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Candidates must have a transferable Visa 18.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
