Hiring Interior Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait

Prosite Kuwait, an esteemed interior architectural fit-out and contracting firm in Shuwaikh, is looking for a qualified male Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial project estimations and cost control.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and project cost estimates from architectural drawings.
• Analyze tender packages, review joinery and fit-out specifications, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Monitor ongoing project site expenditures, assess variation orders (VOs), and evaluate monthly progress claims.
• Negotiate material procurement pricing with local and international fit-out suppliers.
• Prepare final project account reconciliations and commercial closing reports for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3 to 5 years experience specifically in commercial interior fit-out and joinery contracting in Kuwait.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and advanced Microsoft Excel cost modeling.
• Transferable Kuwait residency with immediate availability.
