A well-established hospitality and dining brand in Kuwait is seeking a passionate, talented Pastry Chef & Artisan Bakery Specialist to elevate culinary and service standards in Salmiya, Kuwait.

The candidate will prepare signature recipes, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver an outstanding culinary experience for patrons.

Applicants must possess proven commercial food service experience and a valid Kuwait Food Safety / Baladiya Health Card.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality culinary items and beverages in strict accordance with recipe specifications.
• Ensure food safety, temperature control, and kitchen hygiene standards meet Kuwait Municipality regulations.
• Manage ingredient inventory, food rotation (FIFO), and proper storage conditions.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness across food preparation stations, utensils, and service equipment.
• Coordinate efficiently with front-of-house staff to ensure prompt, accurate order delivery.

Requirements

• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handling Card is mandatory.
• 3-7 Years of culinary or service experience in reputable restaurants, cafes, or hotels.
• Deep passion for culinary excellence and exceptional hospitality.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: KWD 350–500 per month.
