Experienced Kuwaiti Food Cook Required in Al Qurain
A restaurant in Al Qurain, Kuwait is looking for an experienced Kuwaiti Food Cook with strong knowledge of preparing authentic traditional Kuwaiti dishes.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience preparing Kuwaiti cuisine and be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency.
Only experienced candidates with genuine Kuwaiti cooking skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare authentic Kuwaiti dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
- Cook traditional Kuwaiti meals with consistent taste and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and organize the cooking area before service.
- Ensure food is prepared fresh and served according to required standards.
- Maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the cooking process.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Manage food preparation efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Minimize food wastage while maintaining quality.
- Follow instructions from restaurant management and maintain professional kitchen standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing Kuwaiti food.
- Strong practical knowledge of authentic Kuwaiti cuisine.
- Ability to prepare a variety of traditional Kuwaiti dishes.
- Previous restaurant or food-service experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently for extended working hours.
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable residency is required.

- Working Hours: 12 hours per day.
