Hiring Ladies' Suits Cutting Master in Kuwait

A premier ladies' fashion atelier and custom tailoring boutique in Kuwait is urgently recruiting an accomplished Cutting Master specializing in high-fashion women's suits, dresses, and traditional couture.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Take precise body measurements, draft custom garment patterns, and grade pattern sizes for women's bespoke suits.
• Execute master fabric cutting for delicate silks, wool blends, linens, and designer textiles minimizing fabric waste.
• Coordinate with sewing tailors and seamstresses to supervise stitching assembly, canvas interfacings, and finishing.
• Conduct client garment fittings, mark design alterations, and adjust patterns for perfect silhouettes.
• Maintain cutting room shears, pattern drafting boards, and fabric storage neatly.

Requirements

• Expert craftsmanship in pattern making and cutting of bespoke ladies' suits, abayas, and jackets.
• Minimum 3 years of tailoring master experience in high-end dressmaking studios or fashion houses.
• Currently residing inside Kuwait with valid Article 18 visa.
• Exceptional attention to tailoring detail and silhouette aesthetics.
