Hiring Light Metal Fabrication Welder in Kuwait

An established industrial fabrication workshop in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Light Metal Fabrication Welder to join its manufacturing team in Al-Rai, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding operations on light steel structures, aluminum profiles, and sheet metal fabrications.
• Read and interpret technical fabrication drawings, assembly blueprints, and dimensional schematics accurately.
• Cut, grind, bevel, and prepare metal components using industrial grinders, band saws, and plasma cutting tools.
• Assemble, clamp, and tack-weld structural assemblies while maintaining precise angles and tolerances.
• Inspect completed weld seams for penetration, uniformity, porosity defects, and structural soundness.
• Maintain welding equipment, torch heads, gas regulators, and protective gear in safe operating condition.
• Keep work bays tidy, orderly, and strictly compliant with workshop fire and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of practical experience in light metal welding, sheet metal fabrication, or structural steel assembly.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques with clean, defect-free welding finishes.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 Ahli, male candidates only).
• Strong physical stamina, good hand-eye coordination, and technical discipline.
• Work shift duty: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
