Hiring Beauty Department Sales Advisor in Kuwait
A premier retail department store and luxury cosmetics retailer in Kuwait is urgently seeking an articulate, glamorous, and competent Beauty Department Sales Advisor to join its showroom in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Consult with retail shoppers, assessing skincare and cosmetic preferences to provide personalized beauty recommendations.
- Demonstrate skincare routines, fragrance profiles, and makeup applications professionally at beauty counters.
- Promote luxury cosmetics, perfumes, and hair care collections to achieve personal and counter sales targets.
- Operate computerized point-of-sale (POS) registers for scanning merchandise, cash handling, and K-Net processing.
- Maintain pristine product display cleanliness, tester hygiene, and counter visual merchandising.
- Participate in seasonal brand launches, promotional beauty events, and customer VIP masterclasses.
- Track stock replenishment requirements and ensure high-demand beauty items are always displayed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verified sales advisory experience in luxury cosmetics, perfume boutiques, or department stores.
- Thorough product knowledge across international skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.
- Female candidates with presentable, confident, and professional retail presentation.
- Excellent customer care and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 300–400 per month based on cosmetics retail sales and beauty advisory experience.
