Hiring Multi-Process Industrial Welder in Kuwait

A leading electromechanical and oilfield maintenance contractor in Kuwait is urgently seeking a highly skilled, certified, and competent Multi-Process Welder with boiler experience to join its projects in Fahaheel, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform specialized welding on industrial boilers, pressure piping, and structural assemblies using GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick).
• Weld carbon steel, chrome alloy steel, and stainless steel components in all positions including 1G through 6G.
• Interpret welding procedure specifications (WPS), isometric blueprints, and fabrication sketches accurately.
• Prepare weld joints, inspect fit-up alignments, and apply proper preheat/interpass temperature controls.
• Execute shutdown maintenance, emergency boiler repairs, and tube replacement welding.
• Ensure all finished weld beads pass radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), and dye penetrant (DPT) inspections to ASME/API codes.
• Maintain welding power sources, torch cables, gas flowmeters, and consumable baking ovens safely.

Requirements

• 3-6 Years of verified multi-welding experience in oil & gas plants, petrochemical refineries, or boiler maintenance.
• Proven track record in 6G TIG and Arc welding with high x-ray clearance pass rates.
• Sound working knowledge of ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, and API piping welding codes.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• High safety discipline and readiness to work in industrial shutdowns.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.
