Job Vacancy: Network Engineer

A company in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join its technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting networking and security solutions at customer sites across Kuwait.

Professionals with strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking and enterprise firewall technologies are encouraged to apply.

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure at customer sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Deploy and support enterprise network security solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls from:
  • Fortinet
  • Check Point
  • Palo Alto
  • Sophos
• Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching environments.
• Configure and support VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and firewall policies.
• Monitor network performance and identify connectivity or security issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network hardware, configuration, and connectivity problems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer locations across Kuwait.
• Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and technical activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to resolve network issues.
• Follow network security and operational procedures.
• Respond efficiently to technical incidents and service requirements.

• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls.
• Good understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and firewall policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work at customer sites across Kuwait.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait.
• Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.
