A growing Food & Beverage (F&B) business in Al Qurain, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and capable Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support business expansion.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-branch F&B operations, new branch openings, operational projects, contractors, equipment, layouts, and overall business coordination.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B branches.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations and service standards.
- Manage and coordinate multi-branch operational activities.
- Support the planning and opening of new branches.
- Coordinate new branch setup, operational requirements, and readiness.
- Manage operational projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor branch layouts, equipment requirements, and operational facilities.
- Ensure equipment and operational resources are properly arranged and maintained.
- Coordinate with branch managers and operational teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure company procedures, quality standards, and operational policies are followed.
- Support management in improving efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
- Assist with expansion plans and the successful launch of new F&B locations.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the F&B / Restaurant industry.
- Strong experience managing multiple branches.
- Experience in new branch openings and operational setup.
- Practical knowledge of managing operational projects.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Good understanding of F&B equipment, branch layouts, and operational requirements.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Professional communication and organizational skills.
- Article 18 (Ahli) visa required.
- Candidates with relevant Kuwait F&B operations experience are encouraged to apply.
- Salary: KD 1,000–1,800 per month.
- Salary package will depend on experience and qualifications.
