A premium optical boutique in Salmiya, Kuwait, is seeking an experienced, courteous Retail Saleslady to present luxury designer frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses to clients.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet boutique visitors warmly and assist them with selecting eyewear frames suited to their facial aesthetics.
• Explain optical lens technologies including anti-glare, blue-light filters, and progressive lenses.
• Coordinate with optometrists to ensure customer prescription specifications are met accurately.
• Maintain elegant showroom displays, sanitize try-on frames, and monitor optical stock inventory.
• Process retail point-of-sale transactions and follow up with customers on eyewear collection dates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience in an optical shop, fashion eyewear, or luxury boutique.
• Polite, stylish, and customer-centric demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with standard optical terms and frame fitting techniques.
• Valid Kuwait civil ID with transferable residency status.
