The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate commercial gas ranges and wok burners to prepare authentic Indian dishes and Chinese meals.
• Prepare appetizers, appetizers, main entrees, and signature sauces consistently.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers to keep prep counters stocked and vegetables chopped.
• Maintain immaculate sanitation across food preparation surfaces and refrigeration units.
• Ensure food orders are cooked swiftly during busy lunch and dinner rushes.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience cooking in Indian/Chinese restaurants in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Hold a valid transferable Visa 18 (Article 18).
• Hold an active Kuwait Municipality Health Card.
• Immediate availability to join.
