Sales Associate Required – High-Performance Automotive Parts
A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Associate / Sales Representative to join its team in the high-performance automotive parts industry.
The ideal candidate should have sales or customer service experience, basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build good relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers with automotive product inquiries and sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle the complete sales process from quotation to sales order and invoicing.
- Communicate professionally with customers and identify their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and successfully close sales deals.
- Handle customer complaints, objections, and inquiries professionally.
- Work toward and achieve allocated sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Handle and coordinate warranty claims.
- Assign installation jobs to the mechanics team.
- Coordinate with mechanics and follow up on job cards and installation progress.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and automotive products.
- Interest or experience in the high-performance automotive industry is an advantage.
- Good understanding of customer service and sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Good sales and target-achievement skills.
- English speaking and writing skills required.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and warranty-related matters.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa required.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Basic Salary: KWD 215 per month.
- Commission: Additional commission based on sales.
