Hiring – Shop Manager Required for Cake Shop
A cake shop in Mishref, Kuwait is looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and good knowledge of both Arabic and English.
Job Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the cake shop.
- Supervise shop staff and assign daily duties.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor sales, orders, and daily shop activities.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cake production team.
- Ensure cakes and products are properly displayed and presented.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and find suitable solutions.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and maintained to company standards.
- Prepare or review daily sales and operational reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Previous experience as a Shop Manager, Store Manager, or similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a cake shop, bakery, café, restaurant, or retail business is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Arabic and English language skills required.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
