Hiring Supermarket Cashier & Sales Associate in Kuwait

A reputed and well-established supermarket located in Salmiya (Block 10), Kuwait, is hiring pleasant and experienced retail staff for front-line cashiering and customer support.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Scan customer grocery items at checkout registers, process K-Net, credit cards, and cash transactions.
• Balance cash drawers accurately at the conclusion of each shift and issue payment receipts.
• Assist customers with finding store products, checking prices, and answering product queries.
• Restock promotional display gondolas and ensure products have accurate price shelf tags.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or retail convenience stores.
• Proficient in handling computerized POS touchscreens and cash registers.
• Good communication skills in English and basic Arabic.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residence visa; located in or near Salmiya.
