Hiring Pool Maintenance Driver & Field Helper in Kuwait

An established swimming pool construction and water treatment maintenance contractor in Mahboula, Kuwait, is hiring field Drivers and Maintenance Helpers to service residential villa pools across Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive company utility trucks carrying water treatment chemicals, pumps, and cleaning tools to client properties.
• Assist lead technicians with vacuuming pool floors, skimming surfaces, and cleaning filtration skimmer baskets.
• Conduct basic water chemistry testing (pH levels, chlorine concentration) and add balancing chemicals safely.
• Inspect pool pump motors, multi-port sand filters, and pipe valves for leaks or pressure anomalies.
• Maintain vehicle inventory of cleaning chemicals and ensure respectful customer relations at private residences.

Requirements

• Valid Kuwait driving license with clean record.
• Prior experience in swimming pool cleaning, water maintenance, or plumbing assistance preferred.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and physically capable of outdoor field service.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency.
