Hiring Delivery Fleet Operations Supervisor in Kuwait

A major logistics delivery partner company in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced Talabat Delivery Operations Supervisor to manage multi-fleet riders and optimize order fulfillment metrics.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for car drivers and motorcycle delivery riders across assigned delivery hubs.
• Track and optimize key fleet performance metrics including Acceptance Rate, UTR (Utilization Rate), and delivery times.
• Manage driver shift schedules, route allocations, attendance tracking, and fleet readiness.
• Investigate order cancellations, delivery disputes, and implement root-cause operational remedies.
• Generate comprehensive daily operational reports, fleet KPIs, and driver incentive summaries in Excel.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising on-demand food delivery fleet operations (Talabat or similar platforms).
• Strong command of fleet dispatch systems, rider KPIs, and rider performance coaching.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa.
