Position Details

Position: Technical Support Representative

Salary: KD 350 (Fixed)

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Key Responsibilities

 Analyze production network issues and recommend corrective actions

 Troubleshoot technical incidents using established procedures

 Utilize escalation processes when required

 Manage support tickets and service requests

 Assist customers with installation and deployment of LEAN Services solutions

 Monitor and track support cases to ensure timely resolution

 Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions

 Escalate critical customer issues to appropriate management levels

 Communicate technical findings to:

• Engineering Teams
• Sales Teams
• Support Teams
• Customers

 Perform fault management and incident handling activities

 Prepare support-related reports and operational updates

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Fresh Graduates (IT / Computer Science)

 Junior-Level IT Professionals

Technical Knowledge Preferred

 Linux Operating Systems

 Computer Networking Fundamentals

 VMware Virtualization

Requirements

 Bachelor's Degree in:
