A company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is urgently hiring suitable candidates for the following positions. Immediate joiners are preferred for the full-time roles.

• Manage and supervise daily facility and maintenance operations.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory, tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with management regarding maintenance requirements.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Handle maintenance-related issues and resolve problems efficiently.

• 3–5 years of relevant facility or maintenance experience.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management.
• Good command of MS Excel and computer applications.
• English and Arabic proficiency required.
• Hindi and Tamil are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and commanding abilities.
• Transferable Article 18 visa required.

• Handle government and ministry-related transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant government departments.
• Manage employee and company documentation.

• Handle day-to-day government relations and administrative requirements.
• Complete ministry-related work efficiently and on time.
• Use computer systems for documentation and record keeping.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR / Government Relations / GRO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait ministry procedures and government transactions.
• Good computer skills.
• English and Arabic proficiency required.
• Male candidates only.
• Age 35–49 years.
• Transferable Article 18 visa required.
• Immediate joining preferred.

• Valid Kuwait driving license required.
