Hiring Warehouse Order Pickers in Kuwait

A high-volume fulfillment and retail distribution center in Shuwaikh, Kuwait, is recruiting active Order Pickers to process high-volume customer orders and pick stock from warehouse shelves.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick stock items accurately from warehouse racking using pick slips and handheld barcode scanners.
• Verify product barcodes, expiry dates, and item quantities before packing into delivery totes.
• Stack, label, and stage completed picking crates in designated dispatch bays for delivery couriers.
• Maintain warehouse aisle cleanliness, report low stock or damaged goods immediately to supervisors.
• Work the scheduled 12-hour operational shift reliably, with 2 monthly days off.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a picker, packer, or warehouse helper in retail or logistics.
• Basic understanding of English for reading product labels and pick lists.
• Only Article 18 transferable visa holders accepted; strictly inside Kuwait.
• Good physical fitness and agility for warehouse operations.
