Hiring Shawarma & Sandwich Maker in Kuwait
A high-volume authentic Arabic casual dining restaurant and snack house in Hawally, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Shawarma & Sandwich Maker.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Trim, marinate, stack, and skewer chicken and beef shawarma cones according to traditional recipes.
- Operate vertical shawarma rotisseries, carving tender meat slices swiftly and consistently during peak rushes.
- Assemble shawarma wraps, saj sandwiches, falafel pockets, and burger items with correct sauces and pickles.
- Prepare signature garlic toum, tahini sauces, and maintain fresh vegetable garnishes at the prep station.
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and sanitation across the carving station, cutting boards, and knives.
- Comply strictly with Baladiya public health guidelines and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commercial experience as a shawarma chef or quick-service sandwich maker.
- Swift carving skills, kitchen stamina, and pleasant customer service manners.
- Open to all nationalities with valid Kuwait residency.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handling Health Certificate.
- Immediate joining availability.
