We’re Hiring: Area Manager | F&B Sector | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets and drive operational excellence across the business.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in coffee shops, restaurants, and food service operations, combined with excellent leadership and team development capabilities.

Position: Area Manager
Location: Kuwait
Salary: KD 750 – 800

 Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets

 Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets

 Lead, train, and develop restaurant and coffee shop teams

 Monitor outlet performance and implement improvement plans

 Ensure consistent customer service standards across all locations

 Manage workforce planning, employee performance, and team development

 Monitor food quality, service standards, and operational compliance

 Analyze KPIs, sales performance, food cost, and labor cost

 Support business growth and operational efficiency initiatives

 Maintain company standards and brand excellence

 Strong experience as an Area Manager in the F&B sector

 Proven background in:

• Coffee Shop Operations
• Restaurant Operations
• Employee Development & Training

 Strong team leadership and coaching skills

 Experience managing multiple outlets

 Ability to achieve business and operational targets

 Valid Kuwait Driving License

 Own Vehicle Required
