Hiring Assistant Pastry Baker (Croissant Maker) in Kuwait
A high-end artisanal bakery and French pastry production facility in Ahmadi, Kuwait, has 3 immediate vacancies for Assistant Bakers specializing in viennoiserie and laminated dough croissants.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Laminate pastry dough, shape artisan croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, and specialty morning bakes.
- Operate dough sheeters, spiral mixers, proofing cabinets, and commercial rotary ovens with precision.
- Monitor fermentation schedules, dough temperatures, and baking times to ensure consistent golden flakiness.
- Prepare artisanal pastry creams, chocolate ganaches, and fruit glazes.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness across prep counters, proofers, and baking trays according to food hygiene rules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in laminated dough, viennoiserie, and commercial croissant preparation.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with Article 18 Commercial transferable visa (Small Project / VIP not eligible).
- Valid Kuwait Municipality Health Card.
- Ready to join immediately for 10 hours daily duty with 1 weekly day off.
Salary & Benefits
