Hiring Back Office Ordering Officer in Kuwait
A well-established automotive trading and spare parts group in Kuwait is urgently seeking a motivated, organized, and competent Back Office Ordering Officer to join its team in Mangaf, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and track commercial parts orders from international automotive distributors and local workshops.
- Maintain accurate parts procurement databases, SKU catalogues, and pricing records in Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse dispatchers to verify inventory availability before finalizing customer purchase orders.
- Liaise with logistics forwarders regarding shipment arrival times, customs documents, and delivery manifests.
- Generate weekly inventory replenishment reports, pending order trackers, and supplier invoice reconciliations.
- Address client order status inquiries promptly via email and digital messaging systems.
- Provide administrative back-office support to the commercial sales and management teams.
Requirements
- Age between 20 to 35 years with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Freshers with strong aptitude or candidates with automotive/trading back-office experience are welcome.
- Open to both male and female candidates with strong organizational discipline.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or Article 22 only).
- Good communication skills and detail-oriented approach to numeric order logging.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
