Hiring Technical Sales Engineer in Kuwait
A highly reputed commercial enterprise with over 30 years of market presence in Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer for its Tools & Equipment Division.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of professional workshop hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and oilfield service tools.
- Promote automotive garage machinery, hydraulic lifts, tire changers, and wheel aligners to fleet operators.
- Identify commercial tendering opportunities, prepare competitive bids, and coordinate technical submittals.
- Conduct hands-on technical product demonstrations for mechanical engineers, workshop managers, and procurement buyers.
- Negotiate equipment contracts, establish key accounts, and achieve assigned quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sale technical training to client mechanics and follow up on preventative maintenance agreements.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent technical background.
- Proven track record in technical tools and equipment sales for the automotive or oilfield sector.
- Solid familiarity with public tenders, commercial bids, and industrial client networks in Kuwait.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
- Transferable residency visa (Article 18).
