Position: Automotive Service Advisor

We are expanding our service team and seek a skilled Automotive Service Advisor who combines technical knowledge with excellent customer service to manage workshop flow, communicate with customers, and ensure high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, record vehicle concerns, explain repair recommendations, and provide cost and time estimates.

• Job Coordination: Create and prioritize work orders, liaise between technicians and customers, and monitor job progress.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure repairs meet service standards and follow up with customers after service completion.

• Parts and Billing: Coordinate parts requests, confirm availability, and prepare invoices.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, warranty documentation, and customer history.

• Customer Experience: Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role within an automotive workshop.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of vehicle systems and common repair procedures.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Systems: Comfortable using workshop management software and basic MS Office.

• Attitude: Customer focused, professional, and able to work under pressure.

• Eligibility: Must be currently in Kuwait; visa/transferable status as required by employer.
